Posted 5/25/16 Hi there!! As Darlene said, I look forward to reading about our classmates' lives over the past 50 years. Wow! Really? I was married 27 years and have two super kids. Rob, Brigitte and my 3 grandchildren live in Portland, OR. Rob's a national sales trainer for Gallo Wines. Ryan and Brittany are at Oregon and Oregon State. Colt's in high school. Rob was an inside linebacker for Colorado. His team won the National Championship his last game. Christie and Mike have my other 3 grandchildren. They live in Windsor, CO. Christie is a pharmaceutical sales manager and an Interviewing Coach. She wrote her first book, "Cutting Edge Interviewing". Ryan is at The University of Northern Colorado. Kylie and Brayden are in high school. I am so very blessed. I have lived in Southern CA, Ohio, St. Louis and..Colorado Springs..for 33 years. This is home. I have predominately been active in the horse world most of my life: retail, instructing, training, clinician and judge. Christie grew up riding and they have horses. I was in medical sales and later sold a financial service. Almost 3 years ago I married a great guy named John. He's a former high school teacher and outdoor fitness and basketball coach. I had a hard time even saying basketball as we're a football family 😉 John retired and now sells insurance to the senior market. We live in the Black Forest at 7,500'. We enjoy traveling and caring for our little ranch. I belong to several horse clubs and we ride a lot. Mountain riding is the best! 1/7/12 my horse threw me. I had a broken neck and fractured skull. I was back on Rio 6 months to the day..and I take nothing for granted. I cherish my life. |
